This is a really well equipped room and we were very happy with our stay. The room is large and well lit. Comfy big beds and the air-con works well as it gets very warm in the room with the afternoon sun streaming in. We enjoyed the very vocal welcoming cat in reception too! The location is very close to everything you need during your stay. Would love to have a sealed bottle of milk rather than the pre filled bottle, and there were toenail clippings all over the carpet by my side of the bed and the light bulbs were coated in dust; these were small issues but didn’t detract from what is a great place to stay. A little attention to detail and this place is close to 10/10.

The room was nice and clean, but when we were there, they messed up with the room and gave our room keys to the next guest who checked in later that night. It makes us all upset. This is something not acceptable by any hotel, so when asked for compensation by requesting for a late check out. The lady behaved very badly and let her dog out. It was very, very insulting for us.
